Position Overview This role provides advanced IT support for end‑users on hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and connectivity. The position also offers occasional evening and weekend support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Critical Attributes Exceptional organizational skills in a dynamic work environment. Principal Responsibilities Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems. Design, deploy, and maintain technical solutions for business problems, emphasizing documentation and training. Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve hardware and software errors. Perform upgrades to server hardware, operating systems, and software to maintain security and availability. Implement and test data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures with regular backups. Lead desktop and helpdesk support, resolving issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with IT personnel across all Re:Build locations and external service providers. Qualifications 3–5 years of IT system administration experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2012R2–2022), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and PowerShell. Experience supporting CAD and engineering software such as SolidWorks, Catia, NX, and MATLAB. Solid knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting. Familiarity with VMware, AWS, and Azure virtualization and cloud platforms. Knowledge of Linux and macOS is a plus. Experience supporting enterprise software (ERP or MES) is a plus. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. Ability to travel up to 10%. Fluent in written and spoken English. Location Requirements 100% on‑site, rotating between Denver, CO office locations. Compensation and Benefits Base pay $33–$44 per hour.
