Principal Product Manager, Physical AI - Retail and 3PL Applications

What the role actually is Dexterity is hiring a principal product manager to lead application strategy for retail and third-party logistics customers using its Mech platform. The role owns product lines, developer interfaces, roadmaps, requirements, customer discovery, and the path from one-off deployment learning into repeatable products. This is a product role close to deployed robotics. The person has to understand warehouse workflows well enough to turn customer-floor evidence into product direction, commercial targets, and technical priorities. What you would work on Define product strategy and roadmaps for retail and 3PL robotics applications Shape developer interfaces that let partners build new applications and integrations Translate deployment evidence into PRDs, specifications, and market-entry decisions Lead product validation on customer floors through KPI proof and acceptance milestones What they are asking for Principal-level product management experience with complex technical products Ability to work across sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering Comfort using customer discovery and market segmentation to choose product priorities Willingness to travel for customer and deployment work Why this one is worth a look Dexterity is trying to make physical AI feel like a repeatable product category rather than custom warehouse automation each time. The interesting product question is how much of the messy customer workflow can become a reusable application layer without losing the realities of the floor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexterity
