RN - Wound Care

Healthcare Professional

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, with occasional weekends.

Seeking a dedicated healthcare professional with WCC certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong commitment and professionalism in providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current WCC certification is mandatory.
• Compliance with health history and immunization requirements, including:
• COVID-19 Vaccine
• MMR
• Hepatitis B
• Influenza Vaccine
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Varicella
• Physical/Health Statement
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and other onboarding forms.
