Data Center Master Electrician - Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) Company: Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) Employment Type: Full-Time Division: Electrical Workforce Solutions (Division 26) Lead and oversee electrical installations on data center construction projects. Ensure all electrical work complies with national, state, and local electrical codes. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and other trades. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians and apprentices. Conduct quality control inspections and verify workmanship standards. Assist with commissioning and startup activities. Identify and resolve electrical installation issues in the field. Maintain a strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance. Support project schedules and productivity goals. Participate in customer meetings and project planning discussions as needed. Required Qualifications Active Arizona Electrician's license. 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience. Experience working on data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial plants, or large commercial projects. Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel nationwide. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hyperscale or colocation data center projects. Experience with medium-voltage systems, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and critical power infrastructure. Experience supporting commissioning activities. Previous experience leading crews or serving as a foreman or superintendent. NFPA 70E training and knowledge of electrical safety standards.
