Customer Support Specialist

Palmer Group has partnered with our client in their search for a

Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers over the phone. Working within the phone queue, you'll help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction. If you meet the qualifications below, apply today!


Work Model:

  • Remote
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday
What You Will Do:
  • Provide front-line customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and technical issues
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns using multiple systems, tools, and resources
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate support records
  • Educate customers on product best practices while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center experience, including handling inbound phone inquiries
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new technology, navigate multiple systems, and use CRM/ticketing tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Self-motivation and dependability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment and quickly ramp up with minimal training
