Senior Corporate Counsel - Manufacturing & Commercial

American Honda Motor Co., Inc.

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks a senior-level in-house Counsel III to support its U.S. manufacturing and mobility operations. This role provides strategic legal guidance on complex commercial, manufacturing, and regulatory matters affecting Honda and Acura products. You will draft and negotiate critical supply, technology, and distribution agreements; advise leaders on risk, compliance, and product-related issues; and manage outside counsel on disputes. In Honda’s innovation-driven, quality-focused culture, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams, shape policies, support sustainability and safety initiatives, and mentor junior legal staff while enabling responsible business growth.
