Registered Nurse (Hospital Setting) Department: Nursing Reports To: Director of Nursing Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN (as applicable) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (12-hour shifts) Work Environment: On-site, safety-sensitive healthcare setting Position Overview A rural acute-care healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
