Lead a High-Performing Team Inspire, coach, and develop a talented team of underwriters. Create a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service. Make Critical Lending Decisions Personally underwrite and approve residential mortgage loans while maintaining your own active pipeline.
