Deputy Director for Digital Engagement

About the Role Talarico for Texas is building a movement to take back power for working people. We are seeking a full-time Digital Engagement Coordinator to join our communications team and be responsible for amplifying the campaign’s messaging priorities on social media. This is not an entry‑level position. Responsibilities Coordinate high levels of engagement with the campaign’s messaging across new media platforms. Translate messaging guidance from senior leadership into strong digital amplification plans on tight deadlines. Coordinate closely across departments to execute strategy across digital platforms, ensure message consistency, and manage relationships with external partners. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in political communications, social media management, journalism or another relevant field. Deep social media expertise and strong instincts for what content travels online and why. Existing network of political surrogates and strong networking skills. Proven experience producing quality deliverables under tight deadlines and high pressure. Strong written communication skills in concise, shareable formats.
