As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a book of business while enjoying the support of a highly efficient service team.
C ompensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive and customized based on experience, with a guaranteed base for the first year.
- Renewal Income: Base salary declines in the second year as renewals start to generate income.
- Health Insurance: Employee health insurance covered at 100% (option to add dependents at additional cost).
- Equipment Provided: Laptop, dual monitors, and docking station for remote work.
- Actively prospect, network, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust book of business with a focus on accounts with premiums of $5,000 and above (sweet spot: $20,000-$100,000).
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient processing, quoting, and servicing of accounts.
- Attend quarterly in-office meetings and client visits as required.
- Leverage sales and AI software to enhance productivity and client engagement.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 3-5 years preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
- Soft Skills:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for building and selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales and AI software is a plus.
