Verovian Healthcare Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) Emergency Room (ER) to join a leading healthcare facility in Hermitage, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for an ER nurse with strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career and contribute to delivering high-quality emergency care.

Coordinate daily ER operations, ensuring efficiency in patient flow and high-quality care delivery. Assist in staff scheduling, resource management, and adherence to clinical best practices. Collaborate with ER physicians, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary staff to improve patient outcomes. Provide clinical leadership and mentorship, supporting staff development and performance improvement. Monitor compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Support evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives within the ER.

Active RN license in Tennessee (or eligibility for licensure). Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 2+ years of emergency room nursing experience required. Strong understanding of ER triage, critical care procedures, and emergency response protocols. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
