Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Provide high-level critical care nursing in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Utilize and manage specialized equipment including balloon pumps and CRRT
• Deliver care with confidence and efficiency in high-stakes situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across different units such as ED and Med Surg
• Adapt to floating assignments within the hospital network as required

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Active NH or Compact RN license at time of submission
• 2-3 years of ICU experience; CVICU experience highly desirable
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN
• EMR experience with Cerner preferred but not required
