Direct Support Professional As a Direct Support Professional at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Available Shifts Full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call. Evenings 3 pm‑11 pm, nights 11 pm‑9 am including weekends (varied shifts/schedules). ASCEND Career Accelerator Devereux offers ASCEND, a career accelerator for behavioral health workers, providing one‑on‑one coaching, skill development, and financial assistance. It covers 100% of tuition (up to $15k reimbursed annually for undergraduates and $25k for graduates) and student loan repayment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid non‑provisional driver’s license 18 years of age or older Attendance at ten days of paid on‑site orientation on weekdays Empathetic with a team approach to care Devereux has a zero‑tolerance policy for abuse and maintains procedures to reduce risk.
