Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50 to $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Every machine is ran differently- duties will vary in accordance of orders
• Every operator runs an interfolder which checks glue levels
• Keep constant watch on paper quality (e.g. Paper is contaminant free, folding properly).
• Working with the other printers to ensure that the prints are correctly done and that the ink colors are mixed according to customer and company specifications. Performing necessary repairs on production area machines to keep production running at optimal levels.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work the following schedule...
• 1st shift Monday - Friday from 7am-3pm
• 2nd shift Monday - Friday From 3pm-11pm
• 3rd Shift Sunday- Thursday from 11pm-7am
