Respiratory Therapist – Full-Time Permanent Salary: $60,153.60-$83,990.40 annually ($28.92-$40.38/hour) Schedule: Varies Openings: 1 Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Overview Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in a patient-focused healthcare environment in Alamosa, Colorado. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available. Candidates must be willing to relocate to a rural area. Requirements Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program. Active Colorado Respiratory Therapist license in good standing. Current NBRC credential as an RRT or CRT. Current BLS certification. Minimum 1 year of experience. ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire. Responsibilities Provide respiratory care, ventilator management, airway maintenance, oxygen therapy, and resuscitation. Perform ABG collection and interpretation, bedside spirometry, and chest X-ray interpretation. Administer nebulizer treatments, incentive spirometry, bronchial hygiene, and other respiratory therapies. Perform EKGs, EEGs, PFTs, and cardiac monitor hookups.
