Serving as a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown unit, you will collaborate with dedicated colleagues and learn from diverse leadership styles. Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current and unencumbered RN license (state compact licensure accepted)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Stepdown, PCU, or similar intermediate care unit
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator with both patients and the interdisciplinary team
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to Stepdown unit patients requiring close cardiac and respiratory monitoring
• Proactively assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
• Respond quickly to patient changes; escalate concerns when necessary
• Facilitate patient education and discharge preparation
• Chart accurately and maintain precise patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
