Maintenance Engineer

CPS, Inc.

This is a newly created Maintenance Engineer position and visible role with the ability to assist with leadership responsibilities. Will be the leader on the mechanical integrity program including PM schedules, equipment inspection, and repair plans. Rank rotating and fixed equipment based on breakdown risk to ensure safety-critical assets are managed. Participate in asset health reviews regarding pumps, valves, and piping. Perform Root Cause Analysis on bad actors. Justify funding for major upgrades. Manage the CMMS. Own the Management of Change Process.
