The successful candidate will handle customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and clients. This role offers a salary up to $70K, incentives, and excellent benefits. (This is not a remote position) Responsibilities include: Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions Resolve issues related to banking services and accounts Answer customer inquiries via phone regarding deposits and loans Perform account maintenance and process customer requests for banking products Follow bank operating procedures Handle reporting and other functions as assigned Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Who Are You?
