As a psychiatrist, you will focus on patient care while our dedicated teams handle billing, technology, and administrative tasks. Local clinical leadership offers ongoing support and consultation to ensure your work remains professionally rewarding. Responsibilities Deliver clinical psychiatric services to patients, providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and treatment planning. Work in-person or in hybrid models, setting your own scheduled hours and appointment lengths. Build a caseload aligned with your interests and expertise through our Care Matching model. Collaborate with experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners in a collegial environment that encourages teamwork. Participate in regular Grand Rounds, weekly consult hours with clinical leadership, and various CME opportunities. Offer compensated opportunities to supervise newly graduated PMHNPs for those interested in teaching. Qualifications M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine. Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date).
