We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representativ e to join a growing equipment dealership team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in equipment sales, agriculture, construction, industrial products, or customer-facing sales environments
.Responsibilities
- :Support customers with equipment, parts, and product inquirie
- sBuild and maintain strong customer relationship
- sAssist with sales quotes, orders, and follow-up
- sMaintain customer information and sales activity in CRM system
- sCoordinate with service and parts departments to support customer
- sStay up to date on product knowledge and promotion
- sHelp drive sales growth and customer satisfactio
nQualifications
- :Previous inside sales, counter sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferre
- dExperience in agriculture, heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial, automotive parts, or turf equipment industries is a plu
- sStrong communication and relationship-building skill
- sComfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM system
- sSelf-motivated with a strong customer-service mindse
