Veterinary Technician, Overnight ICU

Compensation: $20 - $29/hr, based on experience plus additional $4.50 shift and weekend differentials. Schedule: Consistent, Three 12-hour shifts per week. Night shift: 6pm – 6am. About You You are an experienced Veterinary Technician dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care. Requirements Minimum of 3 years working as a Veterinary Technician or Assistant, preferably in emergency medicine. Experience in all basic veterinary knowledge, including triage, disease processes, pharmacology, restraint, diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy, anesthesia, laboratory equipment and procedures. Advanced skill set includes (preferred, not required): central line placement, abdominocentesis, thoracocentesis, feeding tube placement, urinary catheter placement. Attention to detail, with strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
