We're looking for a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Technician to join our data center team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a technical trade, and takes pride in showing up and doing the job right. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and gain exposure to a fast-growing industry. If you come from a physically demanding job -such as construction, trades, military, or similar-and are eager to grow, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

• Pull, route, and organize cabling throughout the data center
• Assemble, stack, and secure equipment racks
• Label, scan, and connect equipment accurately
• Enter details using a computer system
• Assist technicians with general installation and setup tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Comfort working in physically demanding environments
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Nice to Have (Not Required):*
• Experience in construction, trades, military, or hands-on electrical work
• Exposure to telecom, structured cabling, or low-voltage installations

Work Environment & Schedule

• Work is performed in data centers
• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (min 40hr work week)
• *Additional OT may be required or optional*
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Safety & Training Requirements *Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):*

• Composite-toe safety shoes
• Type 2, Class E hardhat with chinstrap
• High-visibility vest
• Safety glasses
• Level 3 cut-resistant gloves
• Required Training (must be completed prior to or upon site access):*

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moncks Corner, SC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
