Payroll Clerk

Job Title
This position is responsible for collecting timekeeping information and processing weekly payroll for all departments.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
Maintains sick pay schedules
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage and department/division transfers
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Process new employees for field, packing and cold storage departments
Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications
Other duties, will be assigned
Qualifications and Skills

Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to produce results in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well in a team-based environment
