Meadow Falls of North Royalton is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As a Nursing Assistant at our continuum of care community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide vital signs, assist with medication administration, and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents. Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Provide vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with medication administration under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
