Advanced Practice Provider Family Medicine Superior

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you will be part of opening a brand new location for SCL Health to provide top‑notch care and patient experience. You will collaborate with Medical Assistants and PSRs throughout the day. Responsibilities Collaborate with Medical Assistants and PSRs during your shift. Practice at Superior Clinic, Superior, CO. Work Mon‑Fri 7am‑5pm, with extended hours and weekends as needed. Qualifications Five (5) or more years of experience in a continuity setting as a provider. Ability to see acute patients in a continuity clinic. Availability for extended hours and weekend work when required. Compensation Hourly range: $56.76 – $87.59 (actual rate dependent on experience).
