Senior Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

Position Overview Senior Systems Administrator – Full Time (Senior-level) – Department: Legal/IT. The role supports technical support for a large Federal agency within CGS, a government contractor focused on innovative solutions. Candidates should be collaborative, proactive, and able to anticipate user needs. Compensation: $101,920 - $131,040 a year. Responsibilities Manage the archiving of Relativity databases, developing, managing, and documenting workflow processes for identifying, archiving, and deleting materials per applicable policies. Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to determine system and project requirements. Design entire system solutions based on defined requirements. Perform program validations, testing, and system evaluations on smaller projects. Create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures. Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations. Coordinate with COR on task orders, scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, progress reporting, and cost estimates. Report on contract and task order progress. Direct and supervise personnel assigned to task orders, ensuring conformance to work standards and that technical designs meet functional requirements. Oversee successful completion of work, ensuring timeliness and quality control. Develop system and technical documentation. Operate under the configuration management plan. Supervise technical aspects of tasks. Organize and conduct user training sessions on developed systems. Prepare training materials and manuals. Qualifications Significant Relativity experience, including creation of ARM (Archive/Restore/Move). Hands‑on experience of at least five years in systems use and administration. Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, including office automation networks, PC and server‑based databases and applications. Experience in a litigation support environment is extremely helpful. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong supervisory experience preferred; ability to lead a technical team. Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; preferred majors: computer science or information management/technology. Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance. Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist Certificate preferred.
