Summary Of The Nurse Navigator In Infusion Role The Nurse Navigator in Infusion is a clinical expert responsible for coordinating and delivering personalized patient care for individuals diagnosed with cancer. Key duties include: Managing treatment regimens and administering clinical care Providing patient education, health screenings, and making appropriate referrals Cultivating relationships with patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners Collecting data on contacts and referrals Advocating for whole-person health - body, mind, and spirit Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and California RN license Relevant certifications such as Oncology Certified Nurse or Breast Care Nurse (or completion within one year) At least five years of nursing experience, including three in oncology Current ONS chemotherapy administration card Skills & Behaviors: Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with organizational values and fosters collaborative relationships within healthcare teams and communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
