What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans aligned with protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team for timely interventions
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Participate in emergency responses and unit-specific procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
- Active Louisiana Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years ER experience
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to emergency team assignments
Preferred:
- Experience in high-volume emergency departments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
