Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote office setting while allowing regular access to our outpatient facility in Osawatomie. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological well-being and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and diagnostics.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to provide immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization for clients.

• Collaborate interprofessionally with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care, aligning treatment pathways and enhancing clinical outcomes.

• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Dedicate time to family education sessions, enhancing understanding of mental health issues and promoting collaborative support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
