Job OverviewA law firm seeks a highly qualified Senior Associate with extensive M&A experience to join the Health Law Transactions team in Boston, MA. The candidate will represent health care providers, private equity sponsors, and other industry participants in complex transactions. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of sophisticated health care transactions. Structure deals and draft and negotiate transaction documents. Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate regulatory workstreams. Serve as a primary contact for clients and interact with executives and counsel. Mentor and develop junior attorneys and specialists. Deliver exceptional client service and address client needs proactively. Requirements 6+ years of strategic M&A experience, preferably in the health care industry. Admitted to or eligible for admission to the MA, NY, or DC Bar. Strong leadership abilities and business judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities. Familiarity with federal and state laws regulating health care providers is preferred. Education JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the MA, NY, or DC Bar. Skills Exceptional analytical and critical reasoning skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
