Construction HR Manager: Talent, Compliance & Growth

FlatironDragados group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a team of HR professionals within Districts or Mega Projects, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards and compliance.
You will partner with leadership to forecast staffing, coordinate onboarding, and drive HR initiatives across the project landscape. This role requires strong relationship-building, confidentiality, and alignment with employment laws.
