Part-Time Golf Coach (Youth Sports Instructor)

TGA Premier Sports is hiring Golf Coaches / Instructors to lead fun after-school sports classes for children across Wake Forest, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, and surrounding the Triangle area .

Our programs bring golf instruction directly to elementary schools , where kids learn the game in a fun, active, and supportive environment.

Most classes take place after school between 2:30–5:30 PM , making this an ideal part-time job for people with flexible schedules.

You do not need prior coaching experience — we provide full training, curriculum, and equipment.

As a Golf Instructor / Youth Sports Coach , you will:

• Lead fun, beginner pickleball classes for kids ages 5–14
• Teach basic pickleball skills, rules, and sportsmanship
• Create a positive and energetic learning environment
• Manage small groups of children during after-school programs
• Set up and pack up sports equipment
• Communicate with program coordinators about classes

Our programs focus on building confidence, coordination, and a love of sports.

Experience that helps but is not required :

• Golf
• Coaching or teaching
• Camps or after-school programs

Typical class times are in the window of 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

Most coaches work 2–5 days per week , with short shifts (1–3 hours).

TGA Premier Sports provides school-based enrichment programs that introduce children to sports like pickleball, tennis, and golf in a fun and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to local school locations
• Comfortable working with children
• Ability to pass a background check (required by partner schools)
• Willingness to work short shifts (typically 1–3 hours per day) in the afternoons in the window of 2:30-5:30pm
