Lucky Strike - 5320 West Loop 250 North - Responsibilities: Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start; Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests; Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package; Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage; Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded
