Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care on weekends, including assessments, medications, treatments, and procedures

• Supervise and support a team of RNs and LVNs/LPNs to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care

• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

• Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and inventory management
