Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of activities and events tailored to various participant interests and needs. Lead and facilitate activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Collaborate with team members to develop new program ideas and improve existing activities. Maintain an inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring everything is ready and available for events. Handle logistics such as setup, teardown, and cleanup of activity spaces. Gather feedback from participants and use insights to enhance future activities. Uphold organizational standards and guidelines while representing the company positively. Qualifications Previous experience in event planning, recreational therapy, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
