We are currently seeking kind and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA) to join our Legacy Memory Care team on a part-time, overnight basis.

Position Summary

The CRMA provides high-quality personal care and medication administration while promoting resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being. This role supports exceptional customer service for residents, families, and team members and works collaboratively with nursing leadership to ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to State and Federal regulations, physician orders, and resident condition
• Monitor residents' responses to medications and report adverse effects to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
• Document medication administration per company policy
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in individual care plans
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs
• Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition or safety concerns
• Complete all shift assignments and required documentation
• Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all company rules, safety protocols, policies, and procedures
• Promote a positive, collaborative team environment

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of one year of similar experience providing direct care in a comparable setting required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in challenging situations.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Certifications & Licenses: Current 40-hour Certification as a Certified Residential Medication Aide required. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months of hire. CNA or PSS certification preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 7 hours per day). Ability to walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as needed. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and carry up to 20 pounds.

Additional Information

Part-time, overnight schedule. Mandatory overtime may be required to meet unexpected needs. Holiday availability may be requested based on staffing needs.

Compensation: $20.00 $22.00 per hour depending on experience +$1.00 per hour weekend shift differential +$2.00 per hour evening shift differential +$4.00 per hour overnight shift differential +$3.00 per hour every weekend shift differential. Ask about shared employee housing opportunities.
