This role will be based in Seattle, WA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Rewards Senior Associate is part of Mercer’s Career practice, a team that designs and implements broad-based and executive rewards programs to help clients attract and retain talent. In this role you apply analytical and design skills to benchmark pay, shape incentive structures aligned to business strategy, monitor regulatory and market trends, and develop client-facing deliverables. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $99,000 to $198,500.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
