We're hiring  full-time W-2 Behavior Technician  to support K–12 students in the school setting for the 2025–2026 school year . Position Details

• Caseload : Elementary & Middle School
• Schedule : Monday – Friday
• Hours : 30–40 hours/week
• Dates : ASAP – May 2026
• Location : Onsite

Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams
• Document services and share observations with the support team
• Promote student safety, independence, and dignity
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs

Qualifications

• 1 Year Experience working in school setting preferred
• Idaho Standard Instruction Certificate who meets qualifications for an endorsement specific to special education as defined in IDAPA 08.02.02  OR  Bachelor’s degree in a human services field*  OR  Bachelor’s degree and 24 semester credits in a human services field*.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
