Locums CRNA Opportunity in South Carolina

Odyssey Locums is currently seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an exciting locum tenens opportunity located in Surfside, Horry County, South Carolina. The target start date for this assignment is scheduled for early August 2026, with a planned duration of at least six months. This full-time position offers a compensation of $143,385 per year.

In this role, you will maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts offered in convenient 8-hour or 10-hour formats. The daily schedule requires an onsite arrival by 6:30 am, with the first case getting underway at 7:00 am. This position operates within a medically directed care model and provides an attractive work-life balance, featuring absolutely no call requirements and no weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities and details of the assignment include:

• Delivering comprehensive anesthesia care within a medically directed team environment
• Managing surgical cases across various specialties, including general surgery, GYN, OBGYN, urology, cataracts, and dialysis access
• Providing safe care for healthy pediatric patients over 3 months of age
• Contributing to a facility environment with an average surgical volume of approximately 660 cases per month
• Collaborating effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout every stage of the perioperative process
