Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members.
- Collect relevant patient data, analyze assessments, identify care needs, and develop and implement a care plan.
- Promote patient safety and a healing, respectful environment; continuously evaluate progress toward outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate appropriately to team members and collaborate during rounds and handoffs to optimize care delivery.

Requirements
- RN licensure in the state of practice (Oregon) – Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor – Required
- ACLS or ARC-ALS certification – Required
- EPIC electronic health record experience – Required
- Minimum two years of recent RN experience in an acute care/telemetry setting – Required
- BSN degree – Preferred
