Growing together.CPS Solutions is seeking a full-time, exempt Specialty Pharmacy Manager who will work in partnership with Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL.Primary Responsibilities:Direct specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring timely access to complex and high-cost therapiesLead and develop specialty pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, liaisons, and support teamsOversee payer access, prior authorization, and reimbursement workflows, optimizing time-to-therapyEnsure compliance with accreditation, REMS, and regulatory requirements, including documentation and auditsMonitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics, driving quality and outcomes improvementCollaborate with providers, manufacturers, and health system partners to support therapy access and care coordinationDevelop and execute strategic initiatives, supporting program growth, patient access, and sustainabilityYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
