Operations Leader - Facilities & Continuous Improvement

Arvato is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage our Pleasant Prairie facilities and end-to-end processes. You will drive continuous improvement, manage production and quality, and coordinate warehousing and distribution to meet schedules and client needs. The role requires 10+ years in multi-client, high-tech operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
