QA Manager

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in quality assurance with at least 3 years in a management or team lead capacity.

• Proficiency in Selenium, Azure Test Plans, and Tosca for architecting enterprise-level test automation frameworks.

• Experience with ISTQB Advanced Level standards and managing structured software testing lifecycles.

• Experience in governing SDLC quality practices and maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability.

• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and NIST compliance frameworks within a highly regulated environment.

• Experience with functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering technical quality scorecards to executive stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise quality assurance team by managing resource allocation and professional capability development.

• Establish and enforce standardized QA methodologies, testing standards, and automated toolsets across the project lifecycle.

• Direct the design and execution of comprehensive test plans and cases utilizing Selenium and Azure Test Plans.

• Orchestrate standardized QA processes for functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.

• Verify requirements traceability to confirm that delivered functionality aligns with functional specifications.

• Manage the defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.

• Produce and report on QA metrics, defect trends, and test coverage to ensure production readiness.
