Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure and eligibility to practice in Texas
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in evaluating and addressing fine and gross motor needs in pediatric populations
• Comfortable working 1:1 with students and tailoring interventions individually
• Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to maintaining detailed documentation and meeting compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted OT plans for a diverse K-12 student caseload
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify motor skill challenges and areas for growth
