We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at our growing compounding manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated pharmacy professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality, compliance, and patient safety.

Salary: 110K - 150K/year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain compliance with USP standards, cGMP guidelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Supervise pharmacy personnel and provide leadership, training, and support.
• Ensure the safe preparation, quality control, and dispensing of compounded sterile medications.
• Develop, review, and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to maintain the highest standards of product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge is preferred.
• Sterile compounding experience is required.
• Experience in a compounding pharmacy or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of USP <797> , USP <800> , and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
