Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed in state

Location Highlights

Elk City offers access to Route 66 landmarks and western heritage attractions in western Oklahoma. The National Route 66 Museum and Old Town Museum are located in Elk City, and Ackley Park provides trails and recreation within the city.
