Job Details Location: 3109 Doral FL - Doral, FL 33178Position type: Full TimeSalary range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 We are looking for an Experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Executive/Outside Sales Professional with Staffing Industry experience to join our Partners Personnel team in Miami Lakes, FL. Responsibilities The Account Executive is ultimately responsible for seeking out new clients and building and maintaining strong, successful relationships. They lead opportunities through the sales cycle including prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management. Skills Required All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates. Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. High level of networking and communication skills with the desire to build long lasting relationships. Sales experience. Understanding of margins as they relate to the staffing industry. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Bilingual in Spanish/English. Strong B2B outside sales experience. Minimum of 2 years staffing industry experience. Experience Selling or influencing others - convincing others to buy services or otherwise change their minds or actions. Getting information - observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources. Making decisions and solving problems - analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Updating and using relevant knowledge - keeping up to date technically and applying new knowledge to your job. Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships - developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary up to $70k - $80k commensurate with experience. Uncapped commission and bonuses. Car and trip incentives. Eligibility for overtime (if non-exempt). Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation pay, sick leave, floating holiday, and 401(k) retirement with up to a 4% employer match. Matching 401(k) fully vested on day one.
