Pay Rate: $27–$28/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

 

 

Position Summary:- 
We are seeking a hands-on Systems Operator / Automation Technician to provide technical and operational support for advanced automation and robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong electromechanical troubleshooting experience and be comfortable working with mechanical, electrical, computer-based, and automated systems.
This is a hands-on technician position that may involve troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, system configuration, assembly, and installation. Candidates with experience as an automotive technician, robotics technician, mechanical technician, electronics technician, or similar are encouraged to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:-
Provide front-line operational and technical support for automation, robotic, 3D printing, workstation, and technology systems.
Operate and troubleshoot automated systems, software-based control systems, electrical and mechanical components, and related structures.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostics of electromechanical systems.
Assist with service, preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
Perform system software updates and follow technical instructions and procedures.
Conduct diagnostics, installation, mapping, induction, removal, configuration testing, and commissioning of automation systems.
Assist with building, assembling, and replacing mechanical and electrical components as needed.
Monitor system performance and help maximize equipment uptime.
Collect and analyze data to identify problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Review technical documentation, manuals, and system information.
Complete required technical training on supported systems and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, contractors, vendors, and customer representatives.
Work independently while also contributing effectively to a technical team.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Perform other technical and support duties as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:-
Hands-on electromechanical experience is required.
Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical systems.
Technical training, vocational education, or a degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering/Technology, Electronics, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.
Automotive technician experience may be considered if combined with strong computer and diagnostic skills.
Ability to use computers and technical software for troubleshooting and system support.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and workloads.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused and team-oriented approach.
Highly self-motivated and dependable.

 

Preferred Qualifications:-
Robotics or automation experience.
Familiarity with Linux and command-line environments.
Experience working with automated or robotic equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance and technical diagnostics.
Experience assembling or repairing mechanical/electrical components.
