Location US-AZ-TUCSON-801 ~ 1151 E Hermans Rd ~ BLDG 801 (External Site) Job Details Position: Naval Power Product Line Value Stream Capacity Lead (discrete). Role Type: Onsite. U.S. Citizenship required. Active transferable Secret security clearance required at day 1. U.S.-based role; salary range $132,400 - $251,600 USD. What You Will Do Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements definition through development and integration to delivery. Lead troubleshooting and failure investigation activities to achieve Manufacturing Verification Testing (MVT). Collaborate with multiple groups to define and generate requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to improve yield. Lead teams to define and monitor obsolescence of hardware within the contract. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including System Engineering, Software Engineering, Firmware Engineers, Test Equipment, Production Test Engineers. Work with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer to define project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to milestones. Oversee design, development, and systems integration activities within production facilities to support transition to production (TTP). Manage risk identification, mitigation, and resolution of technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities. Support proposal development and planning activities for future projects and initiatives related to the value stream. Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Integration experience in hardware, software, and/or firmware. Experience working with multidisciplinary groups for complete system delivery. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects. Experience with Windows and Microsoft products. Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Certification. Active transferable Secret clearance required before start date; U.S. citizenship required. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with prime hardware design. Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, or spectrum analyzers. Knowledge of equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, and electronics maintenance. Experience guiding teams through troubleshooting processes.
