We're seeking a Customer Service Representative for an initial contract position to support daily administrative and office operations at our Greenville, South Carolina site.
The ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. This is an onsite position! We are seeking local candidates only.
Job Title : Customer Service Representative Location : Piedmont, SC
Pay Rate : $18.00/hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday, days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination.- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.- Support site operations and collaborate with internal teams.- Handle customer inquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in an administrative or office-based customer service role.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with office systems a plus- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
